He uses words in his campaign emails that I don’t know, and have to look up. What other presidential candidate expands your vocabulary (except for folks like Giuliani and Clinton, who probably cause people to expand their vocabulary as well, but not in the same way)?

Together, we can restore our constitutional republic, and oust the mountebanks who violate the ideals of the Founders with income taxes, Federal Reserve inflation, deficit spending, preemptive wars, torture, secret prisons, and abolition of habeas corpus.

“Mountebanks” are, for those not in the know, “hawker[s] of quack medicines who [attract] customers with stories, jokes, or tricks” or “flamboyant charlatan[s].”

I can’t think of a better word to describe the majority of the folks currently running our nation.
