1776 Starts Tomorrow

Yes, I’m well aware that I haven’t posted anything of import in weeks now. My life has been uber-busy thanks to the production of 1776 that I’m in. However, things will be much simpler after next Saturday.

Today … Thursday, Feb. 8, marks our first of six public performances.

If you’re interested in seeing a rather humorous look at the singning of the Declaration of Independence, come on out … the show is free.

Show times are:

Thursday, Feb 8 - 7:30 p.m.
Friday, Feb 9 - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Feb 10 - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, Feb 15 - 7:30 p.m.
Friday, Feb 16 - 7:30 p.m.
Satuday, Feb 17 - 2:00 p.m.

Shows are at Forrest Ave. United Methodist Church at 120 Forest Ave, just north of Frazier. If you’re walking north across the Walnut St. Bridge, it’s the brick church up the hill directly in front of you with the cross in the circle mounted on the steeple.

If you come and are looking for me … I’m Joseph Hewes, from North Carolina … the guy wearing the turquise who constantly yields to the South Carolina delegate.
